underwhelming stay, some issues noted

faulty air conditioning old equipment

The air conditioning barely worked in the room, it was quite warm. i had trouble sleeping comfortably because of it. also, the gym was small and the equipment felt old. it was hard to get a proper workout. Not very enjoyable after a long day, really.

The staff showed kindness. ms. suzan at reception were very friendly. the room had ample space for my family. We appreciated that. the canopy bar served good cocktails and featured a great food menu.
